Commodity Supplemental Food Program
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) is a nutrition program that provides free food and nutrition information to promote good health for:
Seniors age 60 and over;
Income guidelines for seniors 60 years and older are 130% of poverty guidelines, and change every year in April.

WIC
WIC helps pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, infants, and young children to eat healthy foods and receive nutrition education. WIC provides fruit, vegetables, bread, milk, cheese. eggs, cereal, juice and peanut butter, plus great menu ideas and recipes.

Youth and Family - Nutrition Connections
Nutrition Connections, is a program provided by UNH Cooperative Extension that offers nutrition and physical activity education to income-eligible families and youth. Our program can be completed by individuals in their home as well as in small group workshops. The topics we cover are: basic nutrition, reading food labels, saving money at the grocery store, cooking healthy meals, food safety, and physical activity. We also provide nutrition programming to students in schools.
