Children, ages birth to 3, who are exhibiting global delays in the areas of fine and gross motor, communication and language, behavior and coping skills may need the support of a licensed early childhood and/or special educator. These professionals provide services that help families with the design of learning enviroments and activities that will promote a child's acquisition of skills as well as provide direct instruction to the child.

WIC helps pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, infants, and young children to eat healthy foods and receive nutrition education. WIC provides fruit, vegetables, bread, milk, cheese, eggs, cereal, juice and peanut butter, plus great menu ideas and recipes.
