"Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of NH is a non-profit  that recruits, screens, trains and supports everyday people to become volunteer advocates for local children that have been abused, neglected or abandoned. Volunteers meet with a child once a month, get to know them and advocate for their best interest in the court proceedings. They work with the child until they are in a safe and permanent home (average length of a case is 22 months). For more information or to apply contact Jen at [email protected] or by phone at 603-752-9670.
