University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension
UNH Cooperative Extension links UNH academics and research to the state’s people to meet New Hampshire’s economic and societal needs. For nearly 100 years, Extension has been making the state stronger by delivering trusted information to help citizens and businesses become more successful. In the agrarian early 1900s, this meant helping farmers boost crop yields; today, it means this and much more. Today, UNH Cooperative Extension delivers expertise not only in food and agriculture but also in natural resources; community and economic development; youth and family development, and other key areas—bringing about a more informed, adaptive, and independent citizenry and keeping the state’s vital natural resources healthy and productive.
